1. Your access to the Website

Our Website is available free of charge for the purposes of reading about our service and reviewing a demonstration version of how our service works.

We do not guarantee that our Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons.

2. Security

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of us supplying our service to you, which will be subject to a separate agreement.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to change, edit, suspend, delete and/or cancel any part of the Website and/or your access to it at any time with or without notice to you: (a) if required by law, or (b) due to an event beyond our reasonable control.

On termination of these Terms for any reason: (a) all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease and (b) you must immediately cease all use of the Website.

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
